Resolving bugs requires additional effort

Conducted thorough testing at each development stage to catch and address bugs early. Implemented automated testing processes to identify and fix bugs more efficiently. Allocated time for bug fixing in the project schedule. Prioritized critical bugs and address minor ones in subsequent updates.

Handling multiple project deadlines at once

Prioritized projects based on deadlines, complexity, and client expectations. Allocated dedicated teams or resources for each project to ensure focused attention.
