What is the product about?

Key functionalities include password management, real-time check-ins, and insightful analytics to track performance metrics. Field officers can effortlessly manage their field visits, access detailed property information, and complete tasks with customizable forms and image uploads.

About the client

CSL Finance Limited was incorporated on 28th December 1992. We are a Non-Banking Finance Company registered with the Reserve Bank of India and listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange. The company provides secured loans and bridge finance to mid sized corporates and has recently forayed into SME Loan segment. It aims to fulfill the financial needs of small and medium enterprises through a suite of secured and unsecured loan products. CSL is run by a committed team of professionals with years of rich experience in Wholesale and SME Lending.

Integration with Legacy Systems

Integrating the app with existing systems and databases within the finance company posed technical challenges. Compatibility issues and data synchronization were addressed effectively.

User Adoption

Convincing field officers to adapt to a new digital workflow was challenging, especially as they are accustomed to traditional paper-based methods. User training and support was crucial for successful adoption.

Organizational change

Managing organizational change and ensuring buy-in from stakeholders, including field officers, management, and IT teams.
