As celebrations grow more elaborate, engaged couples need help managing the numerous details and vendors required to pull off their dream wedding. Our company is developing a revolutionary wedding planning app to make wedding planning effortless and enjoyable for couples.

What is the product about?

From start to finish, we enable couples to focus on cherishing each precious moment while we handle the planning details. With our app's help, Indian weddings become less a logistical headache and more a celebration of love, family, and new beginnings.

How can it be used?

Through our app, couples can build their own personalized planning team and communicate to handle every wedding task and vendor. From booking the perfect venue to creating a customized package, the app empowers users to bring their unique wedding vision to life with just a few taps. Personalized features like guest list management, budget tracking, and real-time analytics ensure couples stay organized and stress-free.

About the client

Prerana is the founder and CEO of Theme Weavers Designs, who followed her instinct to start the firm in 2008. Eventually, this translated into conceptualising countless events and TWD becoming one of the best wedding planners in India.

Developed robust tools to help users track and manage wedding budgets across all the services.

Our Process

The process followed was AGILE

Agile software development refers to software development methodologies centered around the idea of iterative development. The ultimate values in Agile development is that it enables teams to deliver values faster, provides greater quality and predictability and has greater aptitude to respond to change. Scrum and Kanban are the Agile methodologies used.

Built algorithms that learn user preferences to suggest custom venue designs, menus, decor, etc. tailored to their needs.

Scrum calls were done to strategize about the product.

UI/UX Design

The UI/UX design was done based on the client's requirements.

For the development part Flutter and MERN stack was used.
